File Requirements

Artwork File Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, please review our file requirements before submitting your artwork.

Accepted File Formats

  • Preferred: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG
  • Accepted: PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD
  • Not recommended: Word documents, PowerPoint files, low-resolution web images

Resolution Requirements

  • Print files: Minimum 300 DPI at final print size
  • Large format (banners, signs): 100–150 DPI at final size is acceptable
  • Embroidery: Vector files preferred; high-res raster accepted for digitizing

Color Mode

  • Preferred: CMYK for print products
  • RGB: Accepted but colors may shift slightly in print
  • Pantone (PMS): Specify PMS colors for exact color matching requests

Bleed & Safe Zone

  • Add 0.125” bleed on all sides for edge-to-edge print products
  • Keep important content 0.125” inside the trim line

Embroidery Files

  • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for digitizing
  • Maximum stitch count and color limitations apply — ask us for details
  • We offer digitizing services if you don't have an embroidery-ready file
