Your approval matters. Before we print a single item, we send you a digital proof so you can review your design, layout, and details with confidence.

How the Proof Process Works

  1. Order confirmed — Once your quote is approved and order is placed, our design team prepares your proof.
  2. Proof delivered — We send your digital proof via email, typically within 1 business day of order confirmation.
  3. You review — Check your proof carefully for spelling, colors, sizing, and layout.
  4. Request changes or approve — Request up to 2 free revisions or approve the proof to start production.
  5. Production begins — Once approved, your order goes into production and turnaround time begins.

Free Revisions

Every order includes 2 free proof revisions. This covers changes to text, layout, colors, and minor design adjustments.

Additional Revisions

If you need more than 2 revisions, additional revision rounds are available for a small fee. We'll let you know the cost before proceeding.

What to Check on Your Proof

  • Spelling and grammar on all text
  • Names, dates, phone numbers, and addresses
  • Colors and brand consistency
  • Logo placement and sizing
  • Overall layout and alignment

Important Notes

  • PrintzOnDeck is not responsible for errors approved by the customer on the proof
  • Significant design changes after proof approval may require a new proof and could affect turnaround time
  • Rush orders may have limited revision rounds — confirm when ordering
