Shipping policy

PrintzOnDeck LLC ships custom printed products across the United States. All orders are produced in-house at our New Haven, CT facility.

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush production (1–3 business days) is available for an additional fee — contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Estimated shipping times vary by destination:
- Connecticut and nearby states: 1–2 business days
- East Coast: 2–3 business days
- Nationwide: 3–5 business days

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on order size and destination. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Free local pickup is available at our New Haven location:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday: By appointment

LARGE FORMAT & FREIGHT ITEMS
Oversized items (large banners, event tents, trade show displays) may ship via freight carrier. We will contact you with freight details and estimated delivery windows for these orders.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at sean@printzondeck.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
