Refund policy

At PrintzOnDeck LLC, all products are custom-made to order. Because every item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed products unless there is a verified print defect or production error on our part.

DEFECT CLAIMS
If your order arrives with a print defect, wrong item, or production error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sean@printzondeck.com or calling (203) 928-8708. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will reprint or refund defective items at no charge.

PROOF APPROVAL
All orders go through a digital proof approval process before production begins. Once you approve your proof, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design, including spelling, color, sizing, or layout. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, if production has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total may apply to cover materials and labor already used.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
For non-custom items (blank goods, design services, setup fees), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility.
