Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you receive an order with a defect, error, or quality issue caused by PrintzOnDeck, notify us within 10 business days of delivery and we will:

  • Offer a store credit for the full order value, or
  • Produce a replacement order at no charge
  • Cover return shipping if the error is on our end

Custom Order Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Approved design proofs that were produced correctly
  • Sizing issues when the correct size was ordered and produced
  • Change of mind after production has begun

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at info@printzondeck.com within 10 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution
