We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx. Local delivery is also available in the New Haven, CT area.

• Standard Shipping: UPS or FedEx Ground. Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-day and overnight options available at checkout.
• Local Delivery: Available in the New Haven, CT area. Contact us to arrange.
• Local Pickup: Available by appointment at our New Haven location.

Turnaround + Shipping Time

Our production turnaround is separate from shipping transit time:

• Standard Production: 3–5 business days
• Rush Production: Same-day to 3 days (additional fee applies)
• Shipping Transit: 1–5 business days depending on destination and service selected

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the UPS or FedEx website.
