One Fee, Unlimited Future Use — Professional Embroidery Digitizing

This is the one-time investment that makes all your future embroidery orders faster and cheaper. Our embroidery digitizing service converts your logo or artwork into a precision stitch file — saved to your account and reused on every embroidery order you place going forward, at no additional digitizing cost. Pay once, embroider forever.

Who This Is For

  • New customers setting up their logo for embroidery for the first time
  • Businesses that want their branding ready for ongoing apparel, hat, or bag orders
  • Customers replacing a poorly digitized file from another vendor

What's Included

  • Professional digitization of your logo into an embroidery stitch file (.DST/.EMB)
  • Stitch count, density, and sequence optimized for clean reproduction
  • Digital stitch preview sent for approval before any embroidery begins
  • File saved to your account for all future orders — no repeat digitizing fees

How It Works

  1. Place your order and upload your logo (PDF, AI, EPS, or high-res PNG)
  2. Digitizing completed within 1–2 business days
  3. Digital preview sent for your approval
  4. File activated for your current order and stored for future use

Turnaround Time

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. High-res PNG at 300 DPI also accepted. Low-resolution files will affect stitch quality.

Do I already have a digitized file?
If you have a .DST, .EMB, or .PES file from a previous vendor, send it to us and we'll test compatibility before you pay for re-digitizing.

What if my logo has fine details or gradients?
Embroidery handles solid shapes and text best. Fine details and gradients may need to be simplified. Our digitizer will advise during the preview stage.
