Do I need digitizing if I've already had my logo embroidered somewhere else?
Not necessarily — if you have your existing .DST, .EMB, or .PES file, we can use it. Send it to us and we'll confirm compatibility.

What file format should I submit?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-res PNG (300 DPI+) is also accepted. Low-res logos will affect stitch quality.

Is this the same as the Embroidery Digitizing Fee Add-On?
This is the standalone digitizing service. The Add-On version is for customers adding digitizing to an existing embroidery order. Both result in the same professional file.
